It's obvious the modder didn't take the time to "balance" the mod as cost outweight gain too much. I think one I found cost like 4000 denari. How would anyone ever run out of food? Tone down the villages and add another city/town to each faction where one can actually afford their troops and lower the cost of companions. It still needs some work and polish and tone down the villages. Other than that it's a "pretty good" mod, but I wouldn't call it the "best" by any means. But, it's basically just a bunch of hit points on a bad AI to begin with. I like the combat a little better because it's harder in the early stages. Then there is this doom stack of 3 Wise men trying to kill me. You're almost forced into joining a faction and getting free fiefs and stuff from the start. Too many villages and not enough places to form businesses. I find the map also a bit small or it seems that way because it's so cluttered. But, how the hell do you make enough money to support your high level troops? If it wasn't for my great import savings I would be broke all the time. I do find the map too cluttered and it's hard sometimes to even get a 1 on 1 on the bandits and stuff because of all the other factions barreling down on them at the same time. One unit I've found to be pretty good is the Hero Adventurer and the Female one. I have now named them "Fodder" and have them follow me in all battles. :)) My companions can't even hardly stay in the fray for a few seconds. I've bought the best equipment money can buy and still getting hit like a brick schit house.

If it wasn't for my IMPORT character and my 800,000 denari I'm not sure this mod would be fun. While I see where the game can be fun in the early stages I sort of see the same thing as Native once you break out and get some good units.

Thinking grey was a bandit in one realm I attacked and it was a faction of some sorts.

Why did he make different colors of bandits for every realm. I'm having a hard time figuring out what is a friend and what is a bandit or something else.
